Bank employee robbed
LAHORE: Three robbers entered the house of Muhammad Kashif, an employee at a local bank, early morning on Tuesday in the Chungh police jurisdiction. They entered the house by scaling its walls and held all family members on gunpoint, and fled the scene after looting cash and other valuables worth Rs 800,000.
Elderly man run over by truck: An old man was run over by a truck in the Badamibagh area on Tuesday. Muhammad Ashraf, a sixty-year-old resident of Wassanpura, was crossing the road when a truck, registration number Peshawar-1120, ran him over. The corpse was handed over to the family without an autopsy.
