Muzaffarabad-Srinagar bus: Pakistan gets list of passengers
NEW DELHI: India submitted a list of 40 people to Pakistan who had applied to travel by the first bus between Muzzafarabad and Srinagar on April 7.
The first list consists of people from divided families, mostly from Rajouri, Poonch and other border districts of held Kashmir, said a news report quoting highly placed sources. Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will flag off the bus from Srinagar. The list was finalised on a first come-first serve basis and is awaiting clearance from Pakistani authorities, said the report. app
