Heavy rains in Sindh interior

SUKKUR: Heavy rains lashed Sukkur, Khairpur, Ghotki, Kandhkot, Kashmore and other parts of interior Sindh on Sunday night affecting normal life.

The rains accompanied by strong winds began about 8:10pm and continued for an hour due to which several signboards and trees were uprooted and roofs of katcha houses blew away. In Sukkur, rainwater has accumulated at all markets and main roads. staff report
