PTV special transmission for Eid

LAHORE: The Pakistan Television Centre, Lahore will telecast special programmes during Eid to attract viewers to its network, said Muhammad Ashraf Azim, the PTV Lahore general manager, on Wednesday.

‘Khushro Night’, a musical programme produced by Ayub Khawar will be aired and renowned singers including Humaira Channa, Rejah, Shahida Mini, Aleena, Mehrun Nisa and Khalu Samrat will participate.

‘Gi Aayaun Nu, a Punjabi musical programme will also be presented and singers including Jawad Ahmad, Arif Lohar, Malku,Naghmana Jaferi, Rabi Peerzada, Meega,Myra, Babu Bral and Adeel Burki will participate.

Three other programmes, ‘Star Night’, ‘Meera Mahi Rang Rangla’ and ‘Fangama’, produced by Mahmood Aali will also be televised. app
