Mansoor’s appeal hearing on Jan 22

KARACHI: An accountability appellate bench of the Sindh High Court on Monday postponed until January 22 the hearing of two appeals filed by former Navy chief Mansoor-ul-Haq and former Pakistan National Shipping Corporation (PNSC) managing director Mirza Ashfaq Baig.

Justices Ghulam Rabbani and Azizullah M Memon made up the bench.The case, connected with the purchase of three Navy ships, was adjourned because Mr Baig’s counsel was not in the city. —APP
