A German company on Wednesday launched a collector’s edition doll of Pope Benedict XVI, adorned with a baby’s face. Only 999 of the individually numbered dolls have been made and it is available for $170 through the Internet. The 41-centimetre (16-inch) high doll is wearing white papal robes and a cross and, despite having a face that looks decades younger than the 78-year-old pope, it has grey hair and grey eyebrows. afp
