SC to hear Alladin Park case on Sept 24

ISLAMABAD: A three-member bench of the Supreme Court will hear the Alladin Park case on September 24. The bench consisting of Justice Hamid Ali Mirza, Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan and Justice Tassaduque Hussain Jilani issued notice to respondents after the preliminary hearing of the case. Notices were issued to the Karachi City nazim, the Sindh advocate general and Abdul Rafih in Alladin Park case. The park was sealed by the city government after the death of a visitor due to the negligence of the administration. Advocate Syed Iqbal Haider filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the decision of the city government. According to the petition, the city government sealed the park on July 28, rendering about 700 employees of the park jobless. app
