Prisons IG transferred

LAHORE: The Punjab government transferred several bureaucrats on Saturday.

Sarfaraz Ahmad Mufti, Punjab Prisons Headquarters deputy inspector general (DIG) has been transferred and posted Punjab Prisons inspector general (IG) in his own pay and scale in place of Salahuddin Ahmad Khan Niazi, who has been transferred and directed to report to the Punjab government’s Services and General Administration Department.
