Reshuffle in NWFP police

PESHAWAR: In the wake of two rocket attacks in the city in a month, the Frontier government on Saturday has reshuffled the police high command to improve law and order.
A notification issued here said Deputy Inspector General of Investigation Masood Paracha has replaced the Chief Capital City Police DIG Tanvirul Haq Sipra, who was transferred and posted as the DIG investigation.
Waiting-for-posting DIG Atta Ullah Wazir replaced DIG Malakand Division Faqir Hussain, who was made the Frontier Reserve Police Commandant in the province. DIG Abdul Wadood Shah has been assigned to take charge of the DIG investigation office in the province and his predecessor, DIG Meena Baz Afridi, has been sent to report to the federal government for further posting.
