PAPA to launch ‘Golden Gait’ in September

LAHORE: The Paragon Academy of Performing Arts (PAPA) will launch a project named ‘Golden Gait’ in Tinsel Town to start the academy in the last week of September.

The PAPA, owned by director Syed Noor, will perform segments from old Pakistani movies.

The aim of the project is to promote Pakistan’s rich cultural heritage. A feature of the event was named ‘Ballad’, an effort to revive the musical heritage of Pakistan. The songs of renowned singers like Noor Jahan, Mehdi Hassan, Ghulam Ali and Nusrat Fateh Ali will also be part of the event.
