‘Recycling of Holy Quran’s old manuscripts permissible’

LAHORE: Recycling of old and worn out manuscripts of the Holy Quran and other religious books is permissible under Islam, provided their sanctity is ensured, said Punjab Quran Board officials at a meeting held on Monday under the chairmanship of Syed Saeedul Hassan Shah, auqaf and religious affairs minister.
