Riaz Khokhar calls on PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on Wednesday paid tribute to Riaz Khokhar, outgoing foreign secretary, for his excellent services during his 40 year long distinguished career as a diplomat.

Riaz Khokhar paid a farewell call on the prime minister at Prime Minister’s House. Mr Aziz said Mr Khokhar had played a pivotal role in formulating the country’s foreign policy, realising its goals and objectives.

Riaz Khokhar thanked the prime minister for his support and guidance in carrying out his responsibilities. Riaz Khokhar retired from the Foreign Services on February 15, 2005. app
