Musharraf tells Arbab to iron out differences with parties

ISLAMABAD: Sindh Chief Minister Arbab Ghulam Rahim called on President General Pervez Musharraf here on Wednesday at Army House and briefed him on law and order in Sindh, the pace of various development projects, the Thar coal project and matters related to the upcoming local elections and the differences between the MQM and his office on the issue of quotas for jobs and the division of district Hyderabad and the NFC award. The president directed the chief minister to ensure peace and security during the month of Muharram in the province.
