Durrani will not attend NSC
PESHAWAR: NWFP chief minister Akram Khan Durrani said he would not attend a National Security Council meeting, acting in accordance with MMA supreme council decision.
Talking to journalists on Wednesday, the chief minister said he believed in democracy and honouring party decisions was an integral norm of democracy.
“I will attend the NSC meeting whenever the MMA asks me to do so,” he said. Asked if his absence from the NSC meeting would harm the province’s interests, he said that it was a separate issue. online
