Petrol prices reduced by 14 paisas

KARACHI: The prices of motor gasoline, kerosene oil and light diesel were reduced 5, 43 and 16 paisas per litre and the price of HOBC was raised by 23 paisas per litre, according to an announcement by the Oil Companies Advisory Committee (OCAC) on Monday.

The announcement said that the price of petrol has been reduced 14 paisas to Rs 34.75 per litre, kerosene oil by Rs 1.92 to Rs 21.98 per litre and light diesel by 80 paisas to Rs 19.75 per litre.

OCAC has increased the price of HOBC by 59 paisas to Rs 38.97 per litre. These prices will be effective March 16. —APP
