Bahrain welcomes India-Pakistan peace moves

NEW DELHI: Bahrain’s prime minister on Wednesday praised efforts by India to mend relations with nuclear rival Pakistan and bring lasting stability to South Asia.

“I wish Indian leaders all the best in trying to bring peace, security and stability in the region,” Prime Minister Sheikh Khalifa Bin Salman Al-Khalifa told an Indian business audience in New Delhi.—AFP
