Rain forecast in NWFP, Punjab

ISLAMABAD: The Meteorological Department here on Thursday forecast scattered rain with thunderstorms in North West Frontier Province (NWFP), northern Punjab, north Balochistan and Kashmir during the next 24 hours.

The weather will remain cloudy with chances of rain in Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Muzaffarabad and Gilgit while it is likely to be cloudy in Lahore.

During the last 24 hours, isolated rain occurred in Hazara Division while the weather remained dry in most parts of the country. —APP
