Kashmir committee supports peace
ISLAMABAD: The sub-committee of the Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir supported the process of normalisation between Pakistan and India through dialogue.
The sub-committee met on Monday with Sherry Rehman, MNA, in the chair and decided to suggest to the Kashmir Committee that international think tanks should be approached for projecting the Kashmir issue.
The meeting reached a consensus that private channels should telecast discussions and discourses on the Kashmir issue and highlight human rights violations in Indian Held Kashmir.
The sub-committee noted that almost 15,000 international NGOs involved in international human rights advocacy which should be approached for monitoring the violations in the state. app
