Sialkot pile up 321-9 against Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: Sialkot piled up 321-9 in 83 overs on the opening day of their three-day match of the Inter Regional Under-19 Cricket Championship against Rawalpindi at the KRL Stadium on Wednesday.

Usman Mushtaq top-scored with 67, studded with 10 boundaries, while Arsalan Nawaz was equally good with his knock of 66, punctuated with seven hits to the fence. Nawaz Sardar scored 43 with seven 4s and one six while Bilal Butt made 32 with three 4s and one six. For Rawalpindi, Haseeb Amjad captured 3-55, Zohaib Ahmed 2-55 while Asif Mumtaz with his 3-49, also bowled well. Rizwan Akbar claimed one wicket. app
