Aamir urges people to attend PML-QA rally
LAHORE: District Nazim Mian Aamir Mahmood in a meeting asked people to participate enthusiastically in the Pakistan Muslim Leauge-Quaid-e-Azam’s August 14 public meeting to prove the government was people-friendly.
He said the PML-QA leaders would announce a special package for unemployed people at the meeting. He said the government and public’s unity would enable Pakistan to prosper and develop. He said society should cooperate with the government to support democratic institutions. The meeting also reviewed the arrangements being made for 56th Independence Day celebrations. Mr Mahmood later visited the various parts of the city including Sadar Bazar, Samanabad, Gulshan-e-Ravi, Shadbagh, Baghbanpura, Ghaziabad, Township and Bhatta chowk.
