4 die as storm lashes Mardan

MARDAN: Four people died and 26 were injured as a severe thunderstorm lashed the city on Sunday evening.

The injured were taken to the District Headquarter Hospital. Many of them were reported to be in critical condition. Several houses collapsed and a lot of trees were blown down by the strong wind. The storm also disrupted the electricity and damaged telephone lines in the district. online
