Labour leader for basic rights to workers

KARACHI: Senior labour leader Habib-ud-din Junaidi has called upon industrialists, commercial and privatised commercial banks to ensure welfare of their workers by providing them fundamental rights including good salary packages with timely payment.

He vowed that the struggle for the rights of workers in public and private sectors would continue in all weather.

Habibuddin Junaidi was addressing a gathering of labour leaders at a reception hosted for him by Habib Bank Workers Front of Pakistan (CBA) to celebrate his selection as a member of Sindh Workers Welfare Board.

The labour leaders attending this gathering included Abdul Lateef Mughal, Haji Muhammad Yaqoob, Syeda Nadra Perveen, Nasiruddin Mehmood, Khalid Shehzad Lashkri, Al-Haj Noor Muhammad, Khursheed Baig, Manzoor Malah and Comrade Manzoor Razi. app
