JI condemns blast in passenger bus

KARACHI: Chief Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Karachi Muhammad Hussain Mehanti has strongly condemned bomb blast in Karachi near Cantt Station and said recurring of such unpleasant incidents and casualties of citizens in its wake was a serious time of concern for the present government and it allies.

In a condolence statement issued here on Saturday, Mehanti said the ineligible government and its reckless behavior had pushed the city into chaotic situation. He expressed grief and sorrow for people, who were killed in blast and prayed for the early recovery of injured.

He also demanded of the government to pay compensation to families of victims and provided free treatment to the injured. staff report
