Wateen achieves ATP status of Cisco

LAHORE: Wateen Pakistan’s leading converged communications provider announced it has achieved TelePresence Video Express Authorised Technology Provider (ATP) status from Cisco.

This designation recognises Wateen as having fulfilled the training requirements and programme prerequisites to sell, deploy and support Cisco TelePresence Video products and solutions at the Express level.

By this new addition now Wateen’s customers can feel ‘Virtually’ real presence of all required business executives in any meeting, business discussion or critical business planning exercise.

The ATP programme is an exclusive invitation only programme from Cisco and Wateen had to meet a number of requirements and criteria among them the rigorous Cisco certified personnel levels required to qualify and earn the Cisco Telepresence Video Express ATP status.

Wateen CEO Naeem Zamindar said, “Wateen is committed to revolutionise technology solutions being used by the enterprise market in Pakistan”.

The Cisco TelePresence Video Express ATP Programme is designed to enable partners to take advantage of the tremendous market opportunities ahead-not only in the TelePresence space but also in the overall collaboration market, said Richard McLeod, senior Director of collaboration for worldwide channels at Cisco. Achieving this important designation from Cisco continues to demonstrate Wateen’s commitment to deliver unique services and expertise based on best practices for successful video deployment. pr
