Two more factories catch fire!

KARACHI: Incidents of fire reported in two factories of the city here on Tuesday.

In first incident, fire broke out in a plastic factory located in Zia-ul-Haq Colony in SITE area. Two fire tenders of the fire brigade department took part in extinguishing the fire in the factory.

No causality was reported in the incident while the cause of fire could not be ascertained till the filing of this report.

Separately, a fire also broke out at a cloth factory near Murtaza Chowrangi in Landhi area. An official of fire department said that it was the second grade of fire and 6 fire tenders of fire brigade department took part in the operation to extinguish the fire in the factory. He said the fire brigade officials took two hours to extinguish the fire.

No causality was reported in the incident while short-circuit was told the reason of the fire in the factory.
