COLOMBO: A Sri Lankan air force helicopter crashed into a jungle during a training exercise on Friday killing all four people aboard, a military spokesman said.

The MI-24 helicopter went down near the town of Buttala, about 150 miles southeast of Colombo, Wing Commander Janaka Nanayakkara said. Nanayakkara said two pilots and two airmen on board were killed and an investigation team was sent to ascertain the cause of the crash. ap
