PBF hires psychologist for boxers

KARACHI: The Pakistan Boxing Federation (PBF) has hired the services of a noted psychologist Prof Dr Mohammad Ishaq Sirhandi to motivate national boxers who will be taking part in three major tournaments. “Dr Ishaq will be associated with the team during the upcoming Benazir Bhutto International Boxing Tournament in Karachi, South Asian Games and Asian Games after approval of the Pakistan Sports Board (PSB),” a spokesman for the PBF said on Thursday. “He will deliver the first lecture to national boxers in the ongoing national boxing camp on November 24 at the Pakistan Sports Board National Coaching Centre here,” the spokesman added.
