Girl kidnapped, two houses burgled

RAWALPINDI: A girl was kidnapped, four vehicles were stolen and two houses burgled on Tuesday.

Imtiaz Hussain, a resident of Dhoke Sher Zaman, informed Gujar Khan police that his 19-year old daughter was allegedly kidnapped by Atif from his house in his absence.

Rehan Zaman, a resident of Farooq-e-Azam Road, lodged an FIR with Sadiqabad Police Station that his car was stolen from outside his house.

Arslan, a resident of Naya Mohallah, lodged complaint with City Police Station that his motorcycle was lifted from outside his house.

Zeeshan Ali, a resident of Saddar, lodged complaint with Cantonment Police Station that his motorcycle was lifted from Bank Road.

Jamshed Khan, a resident of Mehboob Lane, lodged complaint with Westridge Police Station that his car was lifted from outside his house.

Saeed Qureshi, a resident of Akaalgarh, informed Gunjmandi Police Station that unidentified broke into his house in his absence and made off with Rs 25,000 in cash, two TV sets and 10 gold jewellery.

Khalid Mehmood, a resident of Rehmatabad, lodged an FIR with Airport Police Station that unidentified thieves broke into in his house in his absence and made off with Rs 128,000 and other valuables.

Separate cases have been registered and investigation launched.
