ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Tuesday ordered the Peshawar High Court (PHC) registrar to dispose of an application against the transfer of banking cases from Bannu to Peshawar over law and order concerns. Taking a suo motu notice on the application of the Bannu Bar Association’s secretary, the CJP also ordered his office to forward the application to the PHC for quick disposal.
