Punjab, AJK, NWFP see rainfall

ISLAMABAD: The weather got colder with the first rain of the new season seen in parts of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Punjab and NWFP on Monday.

A private TV channel, citing the Meteorological Department, reported that rain was expected to end in central Punjab today (Tuesday).

During the last 24 hours, NWFP experienced 7mm rain in Parachinar, 11mm in Chitral, 24mm in Dir, and 5.1 mm in Mingora. app
