Certain forex dealers financing terrorists: Malik

ISLAMABAD: Certain money exchange dealers and other “foreign sources” are financing terrorists, Interior Minister Rehman Malik said on Thursday.

He said the ministry had taken serious notice of such reports and had directed the Federal Investigation Agency to conduct a through investigation into the matter.

He said anyone found involved in financing terrorist would be tried under the Anti-Terrorism Act. The minister asked all such abettors of terrorism to cease such activities or prepare to face harsh punishment.
