Sindh universities open today

KARACHI/PESHAWAR/ QUETTA: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad on Wednesday directed all public and private universities in the province to reopen from today (Thursday).

The governor issued the directive during a meeting with heads of various varsities where they assured him of foolproof security in their respective institutions, APP reported.

Meanwhile, the NWFP government has decided to reopen all private and public schools in the province on October 26, while Balochistan Education Minister Shafiq Ahmed said schools throughout the province would remain closed until October 25. app/staff report
