3 soldiers killed in roadside blasts

MIRANSHAH: Three soldiers were killed and six injured after two separate remote controlled bombings targeted security forces’ convoys in the Waziristan tribal agencies, security officials said. Sources told Daily Times a security convoy travelling to South Waziristan from the Razmak subdivision of North Waziristan was targeted two kilometres from the army camp. They said two soldiers were killed and four others injured in the bombing, which also destroyed the vehicle. Separately, a security official told AFP that one soldier had been killed and two others wounded in a bombing in Jandola town of South Waziristan. haji mujtaba
