TTP planning more terror attacks: report

LAHORE: An intelligence report has revealed that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) plans to carry out renewed terrorist attacks across the country, including in Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Chaklala and Peshawar.

The report said the TTP could target installations of law enforcement agencies and the military, important personalities and the Pakistan Aeronautical Complex. It also claimed that the Taliban had already dispatched suicide attackers to Punjab through two separate routes. It said road links into Punjab from Dera Ismail Khan and Swat and other routes through Multan and Bahawalpur might be used by the suicide bombers to reach their targets. aaj kal report
