Musharraf contacts legal experts

LAHORE: Former president Pervez Musharraf has began contacting legal experts after the Supreme Court issued him a notice on Wednesday, a private TV channel reported. The channel said Musharraf consulted senior legal expert Sharifuddin Pirzada, former attorney general Malik Qayyum and former law minister Dr Khalid Ranjha and discussed various aspects of the petition being heard by the SC. Qayyum said Musharraf had contacted him to learn the details of the court proceedings and he had advised the former president to appear before the SC. daily times monitor
