Widow raped in Sui

QUETTA: Four Defence Security Guards (DSG) and Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) employees have been implicated in the rape of a Baloch widow on Sunday.

According to the police, the victim, registered a case with the Sui police on Sunday against four personnel of the DSG and the Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL), saying that the men had entered her house and physically assaulted and raped her. “She came to the police station at around 12pm on Sunday with her clothes torn and marks of torture present on her face,” an anonymous police source told Daily Times. The victim had been living outside her native town for the past couple of months due to the unstable situation in her native town of Dera Bugti. She claimed after the improvement of the law and order situation she had returned home, when her house was stormed by the accused who damaged her property and raped her. Police sources claim that the first investigation report (FIR) filed by the victim implicates two PPL officers, as well as two DSG officers as the assailants. They said that the local police have started the search for the accused. malik siraj akbar
